Advanced Technologies for Smart Windows.

The research at the Department of Engineering at University of Cambridge (UCAM-DENG) covers a broad spectrum including large area silicon and carbon materials, nanotubes, nanowires, nanoelectronics, high-k dielectrics, spectroscopy, novel photovoltaic cells, with extensive collaborations with electronic firms. The new Electrical Engineering Division building provides a world-class research and technology centre encouraging research activities to proceed to development and exploitation in close collaboration with industry.

UCAM-DENG (short version: CAM) contributes to various tasks with its expertise in graphene and nanotubes preparation, processing, structural and optical characterisation (in particular by Raman spectroscopy), esp. related with LPE Graphene ink as transparent conductor.
